What numbers did you use for the $64M total? Just curious. Either way, the O's are spending as little as possible.

That figure was on RosterResource (https://jonmeoli.substack.com/p/orioles-spend-some-money) and seems to encompass the entire 40-man CBT accounting, found here. Probably not the best representation, though, I agree.
